Nipo-Franco-Tupiniquim Connection
Sushikan
Ver descrição
The first Japanese restaurant in Cannes, France, it merges oriental tradition with western modernity presenting a variety of over 70 unique types of sushi.
As exciting as it is defying, in the menu we used physical resources, such as gouache paint and sponge, to get to the desired effect, escaping the obviousness of the traditional Japanese elements. In the photo production, we relied on our European partner, Emilia Brandão.
Lastly, the result is one of our most pleasurable jobs in over 10 years of activity, obtained through the merger of tradition, gastronomy, design and art in a pleasant nipo-franco-tupiniquim connection.
